Hello ALUK administration team,
There was some confusion about my last unban request, I mentioned that I combat logged, but that was not the official reason for me being banned, the official reason was that I committed RDM/fail RP against Lecter, whom I have spoken to and has accepted my apology and hopes that I will be unbanned as we are good friends and I killed him in the heat of the moment because I was angry. 

The combat log I have already spoken to TI Crumble about, and he did warn me for it. That was prior to the ban and I have spoken to the people who I combat logged from, and Lecter has accepted my apology.  Even though I was not banned for combat logging it does say in the rules that if I have gone through effort to speak with the person and contacted them and made full effort to relink with them I can write an unban appeal if the offended vouches for me. 
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
 
*Appeals are allowed if you have made the effort to go on teamspeak and speak to the person/persons you were with to advise of a valid reason, or if you have signed back into the game and contacted them in game and made the full effort to relink up with them to continue roleplay, The person/persons should vouch for you in the appeal.
 
I fully understand and accept the admins decision on the unban appeals, but I feel like this one was somewhat misunderstood, I would therefore like to file a second one, in case this information was not taken into consideration.  I really do want to rejoin this server, as I have many friends on it and it is the best server out there.

Dear Administrator reading this,

As I am the one who had Paul kidnapped after I was killed (and revived) I would like to personally vouch for Paul in this unban request as needed during combat logs, even though he was not banned for that specifically. The man who did capture Paul for me does not wish to vouch on this appeal. I have however tried speaking to him on Pauls behalf too.

Paul is a very good person, and what he did he did out of anger, he has also expressed extreme want to compensate the people in our group that he had offended when he was angry, I know he has learned his lesson and we have talked about it and everyone forgives him for what he has done, there is nothing we want more than Paul to return to us, as he is one of the funniest people we know.  I believe everyone deserves a second chance if they can be trusted with it, and I believe Paul is worthy of that.

I understand and respect the administration and their decisions but I would very much like him back. Furthermore nothing would be a better birthday present that the return of my best friend to the best server in the Arma 3 community.

It is not our mistakes that define us, but how we recover from them.
