Description of what happened:I drove up to put money in the cash point, i see him get out of the car as i'm getting back into my car he then shoots at me without a word, i get out spray, i somehow kill his friend who got out of his car (i asked him about his friend no reply nor did he try and message me) i then reload and kill him.
He also glitched restraints (jumping out of the car about 6 times in total have proof if needed)
(i had 0 idea i killed his friend until i re-watched the vid , i looked for them on TS and could not find them, i tried to message him in-game alot of times tho.)
What Rule Was Broken ?:RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Yes i tried move than once to talk to him in-game via text chat he never replied (about 6 times i asked him over a period of 1 hour~)
