MRAP's useage

I am just wondering if civs are allowed to use MRAPs such as ifrits and hunters, or will the be impounded by the police upon sight?

Ifrits will not only be impounded, but scrapped on sight by cops. 

The hunter is a police issued vehicle and therefore you'd be imprisoned for joyriding it...

Civs can buy Ifrits. Hunters are for the police alone. And yes, they are illegal according police law and will be scrapped on sight, not just impounded =P

Well if you can jump in a hunter with 3 officers as passenger and don't slow down... you got more than a hunter... Hobo move at the HM Treasury
