Description of what happened:
He had been running around since before I joined Server 1 with a spike strip I assume and was restrained outside the bank for having spike strips (This was in Kavala) He was then taken to the Police Station to have a word with the Officers online. once he was released he ran back outside the bank and killed about 7 people with the spike strip. Once he killed me, I then decided to record it and run back (I know I broke NLR but this needed to be done to gain evidence).
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
He was restrained on the basketball field in Kavala and I ran over along with the others he had killed and wanted to know why etc before he was taken to the Police Department for yet another time.
