Mr Chow

I saw a Mr Chow connecting today, and was wondering what his position on this server was/is. Because I remember that Wilco and Chow spawned in jets, a tank and karts at the kavala stadium one day. I believed he was an Admin? It was on the same day that Wilco practised mortar shooting on quadbikes. Was Mr Chow an admin or what was the deal with him?

I REMEMBER MR CHOW BEING ON THE KING OF THE HILL SERVER.

The only thing he used to do was play music when going into battle. He never spoke.

I dont recall him playing music, I remember him laughing funny when I told him Wilco killed me with a jet...(this was way before jets were implementedfor the public, they were just being tested)
