Dear Mummy Chee,

I hope the whole family is well, I am so sorry I have not sent you a letter in so long, I have been so very busy. I wish you would talk to brother to learn to use the computer so that I can send you e-mails and maybe we can talk more often! I am currently writing this from a cell as I have been imprisoned awaiting trial for a misuse of the city wok delivery vehicle keys; I hope very much that I am not incarcerated for too long!

I have been doing very well here in Altis, and I am enjoying my new jobs very much. We opened a second restaurant in Athira and I was made the duty manager which is very exciting for me, but lots of work. I feel I made the right decisions to come here as so many opportunities have presented themselves to me since I arrived. The original restaurant City Wok which opened in the main capital Kavala here in the island has done extremely well, and we are getting many big bonuses for all the nooduls we are selling. The Szechuan sauce recipe that grandma gave me and which won me my place in the company is one of our bestsellers please let her know as it will please her… although we do have to give out the special aloe Vera ointment with lots of the meals… (the natives’ bowels here are sensitive to the spice :/ ).

We also got a big offer recently from the Chinese ambassador to Altis who seems to favour us greatly: we have been assigned as the only business in the region to be allowed to trade Baboon Penis!! We can now make the special chow mein just like at home, and everyone loves it! I shouldn’t say in a letter but we like to ensure we are the only people in control of the baboon penis in the island, we make sure of this

Anyway, onto the main news from me… I will be travelling away! Mother you must get your map out, because I will be travelling to the south pacific island called Tanoa, please look her up! The island has been having great problems with the integration of the mix of nationalities, especially the Asian population after the recent instabirity. The Chinese ambassador of Tanoa, through our Altesian Consul, has been talking with City Wok head bosses and they have decided that Tanoa needs some cultural assistance. I and my team have been graciously asked to leave the Altis division of City Wok with a good redundancy package, and to begin the reign of noodle assisting the Chinese Tanoans with finding their place in the island. We are to initially build a restaurant and work house in the main city centre, Georgetown, under the new business name of Island Noodle, and employ some of the nationals so they have a place to call home and some identity. The Island is also a natural habitat of the Baboon (yum yum) and I’m sure the spices there will be incredible for our cooking. We will buy a smallholding and grow our own noodle trees!! (noodle trees, or are they bushes?) I will send you some. I may even try to apply for my pilots licence to make extra fast parachute noodle delivery, but what is even more exciting is that I may finally be able to apply freshly for the new police force like I have wanted for many moons! I would be able to use my knowledge to help catch those pesky Baboon penis poachers in the jungles of the archipelago. and place the evidence on those damn City Sushi employees, stupid competition! I would look good in a big uniform, I know dis. It is a new start for me muther, as i leave City Wok and Altis behind!

Anyway, enough for now, I am only allowed one side of vellum in the prison (I swapped my phone call for it). I will speak to you soon when I know what my more permanent plans are! Hopefully you can take my altis address from your address book as i move more permanently to my new home in Tanoa! Stay safe, my love to the family and Boo Boo The Shih’ tzu!
