Description of what happened: He was flying low over Kavala. He was flying circles to troll the police. We've send him warningmessage and warningshots. After that we opened fire. He crashed and died and imidiatally disconnects. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he was not on teamspeak.

Edit:​

After a while he came back on the server. We've asked him to go on TS. He did admitted it doing it on purpose. We told him to put everything he had (the gear he saved after combatlogging) to put it in the car. We've impounded the car afterwords.​
