How can I get a moving logo I have seen people with these is it a donation thing how do I do it

Could you elaborate on what you mean by moving logo as im not sure what you mean?

You don't need to donate. You just need to find a GIF under like 50kb (Or make one).

If you find a GIF you like but its file size is too big there are a stupid amount of websites that will allow you to reduce the size of it so you can use it on the forums. That's what I did anyway.
