Moving all user data from one steam ID to a new Steam ID

I was wondering if its possible to move my game data from my current steam ID to my new Steam ID. I have a new steam account since I received a VAC ban. Its not what you think, I had a auto clicker open and then loaded up CS GO, forgetting about the auto clicker.

I would like to have a fresh start on my steam account, VAC free so I can play CS GO ect..
