Well guys I'm struggling to sleep and I am bored shitless, I've spent last hour scrolling threw page after page of mediocrity on Netflix , so my question to you lot is this,

Whats your favourite film?

i will try and get round to watching every film recommended here over the next few weeks, no matter how stupid the suggestion, best film will receive an Adster Academy Award

The Departed sooooooooo good
Thought u were B& m8

Go watch The Big Short, really good film. Educating at the same time. Available for free, if you know what I mean?

@Jamie. @PaulS @Dagre

The walking dead

But having to watch it through a VPN means the quality is shit

Grand Budapest Hotel was surprisingly good.

Recently watched two films that enjoyed but wouldn't normally watch. Deception and Ex Machina.

I was pleasantly surprised by Ex Machina, especially the disco routine :p

As well as main stream films, independents tend to be pretty damn good too.

Whether or not you watch these films is neither here nor there... But  if you like your films and like to find gems in the grass:

1. "this is 40"

2. "This is where I leave you"

3. The decendants (underrated IMO)

4. sunshine (an amazing score too!)

5. Interstellar (just a great tip of the hat to SO-2001, nicely done)

6. The forth kind

7. Dr strange love - (never gets old and still relevent)

8. Mr Hollands Opus (it's slow - but Dreyfus is awesome)

9. Gravity (the first viewing will blow you away: forth or fith it loses the impact- but if you haven't watched it - create a cinematic environment - lights off, sound up, big TV)

10. Jaws (my all time favourite - the narrative on the boat between the chaps is wonderfully crafted, and at times impromptu)

keep well

regards
