Move the player market to be more central

I heard there was a okay market but it's not really in a hotspot for rp and it makes it dead. Repurpose one of the open areas in the center or the city like legion or a carpark could generate a better rp hotspot and could lead to a interesting and unique area for the city. I personally would love it as it would line up with my character and many others.

+1 here, It would be nice to sell stuff on the market but it's so out of the way, I think there should be a few areas for this, there's alleyway by lower pillbox that's like a market Street, places like that would be perfect for them
