Motherboard/cooling help

So...I have a corsair h100i liquid cooler and a H87-HD3 1150, are they compatible as i can't find the place to plug in the big plug

 
You've got to be more specific than "the big plug". And yes, the H100i is compatible with the 1150-socket.

the "big plug " goes in to a sata connection from your power supply the same ones one your sata hard drives :) and the fan one goes on the cpu fan header

@Rooley I got the fan in cpu_fun but still no luck finding other bit can you explain in more detail lol
 
If you have the cables from your PSU on the backplate of your case, you will find the SATA connectors there. If not, probably in the bottom, near the the PSU itself.

Do you have a modular power supply?

 
I believe so, but I see what you mean will try now

 
I can confirm I have a modular psu, I look trough all the cables coming from back plate of pc but no connector

 
Your PSU should have some connectors that look like the ones here circled in red:

Connect it to one of them (the same ones you'd connect a hdd to).
