Hi everyone, tonight I had the bests night so far on Altis lfe. This is just goin to be a shortend version of the events that took place.
Ok so to start the story off me and Sjeft had just died losing all our rebel gear and were mildly annoyed, but after driving down the salt road of Sofia looking for our next target we noticed the chief popo's car parked up next to Vertigo, immediately we stopped to try and offer assistance to a fellow rebel but notice the chief popo wasn't actually online and had disconnected.
We lock picked the car and started to drive it up and down the road with the red and blue lights still goin like crazy, about two miles down the road another police car had stopped to arrest a dangerous driver, my first reaction was to pull up next to him (keep in mind we were in a police SUV with lights flashing) and I offered my services "hello officers, do you need a hand" to which they replied "no thanks you carry on" and I just drove of laughing.
It took a good 10 seconds before that realised what had just happend and started speeding off after us, we crashed the car but had a he's start and ran for the hills with officers firing at our feet as I was armed, just for the laughs we hid in the nearest shack we could see and closed the door in wait to see what the officers were goin to do.
As they approached we extended our greeting and offered them tea and crumpets but they strongly declined and asked us to leave the house, we didn't want any trouble so complied and stood outside greeting them and still offering tea.
They requested our names which we gave willingly and checked they're systems, I came up clean as I had done nothing wrong *cough* but they did ask who was driving (sorry to vertigo in advance) I said Vertigo was driving and had escaped and they completely belived me, Sjeft however was immediately questioned if he remember a so called vehicle theft to which he straight away replied "I'm sorry I don't remember I've taken too many drugs" which I correct by saying "no officers he meant tea" and Sheftthen played along commenting on the strength of Altis tea and the high it gives you.
After much talking about tea and crumpets we were released with a 10k fine for theft, and the first thing Sjeft does is check whether the popo car was locked or not.
Overall though the one thing that made tonight special has to be that the cops just thanked us and told us to carry on not realising we were civs driving a stolen popo car.
