lets us be able to remove npc bodies as there is so many dead bodies at places i know its a thing to do but not sure what the mod is called,

allow the NHS use of cuff to cuff people as well when we sedated them and uncuff them when we get patient that the cops has just drop off,

i think these things will prove useful to the server as well as the rp

Suggestions on NHS stuff should be discussed/suggested at the bi-weekly  NHS meeting, not a minimum-effort/very poorly explained suggestion thread. If there are problems bring it up with NHS command. @VaakoV
