more regular Restarts

Maybe do 2 restarts instead of one and add a warning that its about to happen instead of getting connection interrupted then like whys server gone u look at the time oh restart maybe add it so its 12am and 12pm because streets get messy.

In my opinion, keeping the current 4pm restart, and adding one at 4am, would be the most applicable solution. This is due to the most popular times being between 4pm and 12am.A second restart certainly wouldn't do any harm imo.
