More Police Officers/Medics

There should be more Officers and Medics on the server, people are robbing people at every Cashpoint, and if you get killed you're very lucky if there's even a medic online. In my opinion this is a major issue, it would benefit everyone if there were more Officers and Medics.

One solution is to make it easier to  become a medic or Police Officer. On other servers you don't even need to be whitelisted to become a medic, that is probably not the best solution but it's better than no medics at all.

You have to remember, the Island is a real scale map, often there are 30 officers online but on an island that is so big it can sometimes be hard for the Police to be everywhere at once, there are a lot of cash points all over the map easily over 75 of them out of the 125 people online I highly doubt they are all being camped.

TI Ben, yes that is true, however I often get robbed at cashpoints in major cities, more often than at the ones in the middle of nowhere.

If we don't train officers to the current standard or keep improving, then the police force will become a joke. Recieving less training leads to lower quality officers. Lower quality officers leads to worse roleplay, which leads to a worse experience for eveyone on the server. Many officers would more than likely get accused of 'fail rp' and possibly be removed from the force or banned. This would ruin the police constabularies and make whitelisting almost pointless. I bet on other servers the roleplay is quite frankly shit compared to here.

Same goes for the medics, when you consider the fact that medics arent allowed firearms and are restricted by many rules, it would be stupid to make them non-whitelisted. Why? Because gangs would utilize the fact that they can have one of their fire team as a medic who can go and revive everyone mid gunfight, making the experience worse for whoever they are fighting. You would also see that many people would get banned for combat reviving and so forth.

This idea in my opinion is completely impractical. (to lower the requirements and make the medics and unwhitelisted faction)

With regards to improving the amount available, that is simply up to the members of this community. If you don't like long waiting times for a revive, either respawn or become a medic yourself. You will see the roleplay standard as to why it may take some time to get from A to B and why it is necessary to have them whitelisted. Simply to improve the amount of whitelisted members on each restart BECOME ONE OR BOTH.

Thats because on other servers people play just play medic to make quick cash for revive with zero roleplay. Our medics here will roleplay with people, and even try to bring them to the hospital to continue roleplay.

I think i've got revived more by a cop then actual medic... I mean RP true trus but not getting revive is = no even a single bit of RP so even quality vs quantity doesn't apply here because there is no quality.

Well, I'd certainly be interested in applying to the NHS, as I'm relatively new here though; I have little referance or real knowledge of how to go about applying for such a position.
