Quick description of what happened:

My friend owed me 1.4 mil so he took out money and gave it too me although i never got it, (later found out that its because of some anti-dupe thing so i guess its kind of our own fault, just a bit annoying to loose 1mil because of that)

Denied - sorry but there is insufficient evidence and i would put this down to user error
