With the mass hoodlums just abandoning cars everywhere be it at upper legion the impound lot or just leaving cars crashed in the middle of the road and they don't seem to despawn and are all usually local cars and not player owned a way to help (hopefully) the clean up would be to put a small amount of money on impounding them at the lot, maybe not as much as doing actual mechanic jobs so say like 250/500 a car could give someone an incentive to clean up the parking lots
