Mods needed & Tanoa server? / White list?

So is there a selection of mods needed to join altis life? also what server is on tanoa and is there a white listing process before entry onto the server? Sorry for the questions, I'm new

Tanoa hasn't been released yet, still being polished behind the scenes

There's no whitelist on the Altis servers, just remember to use the civillian slots!
