Nobody uses arac, at the end of the day those who are driving long distances are either doing runs and have multiple in a hemtt( an already beafy vehicle) just in case or have the perks so it doesn’t get destroyed. ARAC are very rarely called, much unlike taxi which very often is used

I think you need to be in your ARAC car and in uniform to receive the messages? This was something @TinyBigJacko implemented if I recall correctly. Look through the Server Development Thread for posts somewhere mid last year I think. Should be in there.

I told my friend to send a message when i was in my van, and i didn't get anything but it seems to work in the pickup just fine

Yep, dev just confirmed it will be fixed for the next update so it should work on the van as well =).
