Mitch RDM & Attempted VDM?

Description of what happened:
First video, the police officer telling me to follow this truck had been following the same truck from the meth place and crashed his vehicle, I continue chasing and Mitch kept following me with his hatchback so close that a small desync woulda made us crash in to each other. He seemed to try to get infront of me twice in the chase forcing me to do manouvers to dodge the collision.
 
Second video, He was flying a heli around us for a while before I started recording. I had already sent him a warning message and after him not leaving, I fired couple of warning shots. As you see me aiming under it with 200 zeroing at about the distance of 400 meters - so there's no way I could hit. I saw him landing so I started going towards it the truck which was questioned before started running from us, I told him to stop which he did. Then someone started to shoot at me so I tried to find cover. My collegue which you can hear telling me that he died got killed by Mitch and not a long after that I got shot as well.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, but he insisted that I VDM'd his friend and that I shot his heli.

Fair enough, i took the shots at my heli as enough for us to engage from there. I know while as a cop ive had this a million and one times where you shoot a heli as "warning shots" and the rebels then surround you and kill you. Im sorry for killing you all so quickly, im used to getting shit done, however next time ill be sure to give you a few warning shots that ive zero'd wrong to give you a chance to know where im coming from, and then ill kill you. 

Like i said i see you shooting me as enough, same as when i was a cop, you shoot me, ill end up shooting back.

Those shots at the end did hit my heli multiple times. Prehaps its your zeroing skills, but one officer hit it, and i would like to also point out that where i had landed was no where near 400m, closer to 200 easly.

The Attempted VDM, if i wanted to vdm you i would. I was trying to drive in between you and shadow in order for you to crash or loose sight of shadow. Next time ill just jump out and shoot you rather than having (from my point of a view) a cool little close car chase which was quite exciting, but once again lets just act like the typical rebel group and shoot you rather than having these chases so that way you can complain about that. At no point did i get close enough to hit you off the road except for the point in which you turned into the side of my car after i was trying to push you off the road without touching you. 

At no point during the TS chat did i myself say anything about you vdming my friend, neither did i say so during the TS text chat. I think you mistook me for someone else who may have said that after you come into the room. 

After being here awhile i under the risks of close driving, i understand how cars handle, and finally i know when (normally) you can tell if a car or player will be desyncing for it to be too dangerous for you to even consider close driving.

People like to call it warning shots, but in truth the person getting shot at has no way of telling if they are warning shots or ment to kill.

Thats why Wilco classed warning shots as RDM if no roleplay had been initiated beforehand a few months ago. I have tried to relocate where I saw the post, but cannot.

He did warn the heli to leave by text, i decided to pull back slightly, i then dropped one person off for cover. Proceeded to fly to another position and thats when shots were fired. So i wouldnt say it was RDM from his point of view. However maybe i should start claiming car chases and every shot ever fired as RDM at this point. 

 
Wait, since when has cops been allowed to copkill in the first place? Correct me if I'm wrong here, but when you join the police, you cannot go over the minor offenses of altis law?

Would like to point out that I did send him a message telling him to leave the area or he will be fired upon before he even landed at the place where the video starts

Mitch left his position as CSI (He was joint top with Maratek) about a month ago and is now a rebel.

 
I dont mean to start an argument here in this part of the forum, my point was police started the gunfight when you shot at him, you even saved him the trouble of warning you first. I see no rules broken as he had every reason to stay behind seeing as his friend was in trouble. Thats what it looks like from the videos anyway.

 
I'll leave this up to the admins. We have both gave our point on views.

The moment you started shooting the Hellicopter gave him permission to shoot back.

Not the best RP but still legit.
