Please Copy and Paste the rule you broke: Rule 4A section B. Killing = Instant Ban, No killing in the safezone... no killing from outside the safezone if someone is inside it and no killing people outside the safezone from the safezone. (Mistaken Identity)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: My character (now known as Jack McBlair since the 09/02/15, previously known as "Michael") was banned for the following incident indicated by the following report in the link below.




I believe an unfortunate case of mistaken identity has occured as I had nothing to do with this incident. Although I was previously known simply as "Michael" the screen shots in the report show the assailant in question having symbols linked to his name. I was also not on server 2 at the time (I nearly always play on server 1).

I realise I will get a warning point for doing this but I'm the one who has the evidence to prove this player wasn't the one talked about in the ban request.

I was with Jack McBlair (or Michael) on the date of the incident as given on the ban report (3rd February).

Jack McBlair wasn't on server 2, we were on server 1 selling coke to a street party (you can see those players' names in the screenshot below in case you want to ask them also), I have about 10GB worth of footage of everything we did that evening and I can sincerely tell you that his character:

1. Didn't have a gun.

2. Did not go around shooting anyone (although there were a lot of shots fired in the area by other players  who were high on drugs and RP)

3. Is definitely not a hobo as described by Boris.

I appreciate this has been a harmless case of false identity and I'd like to point out that the 'Michael' who should be banned has symbols and an extension to his name whereas Jack was simply called 'Michael' at the time. Ill get Wilco to check however this would have been the GUID of the person named Michael on the server at that time.
