Why has the mission file been reduced removing a lot of items/skins ect?

Most of what was removed was unnecessary, it makes the server fun faster with better performance and it opens it up for more stuff to be added in the future.
A lot of stuff accumulated over 3 years... a lot of stuff that's not even plugged in just sitting there... and some stuff that was just too big and not seen by the majority of players.
It's a summer cleanup and it will continue as I am not convinced I captured everything also some new skins will be added too in time, like the new ARAC uniform which looks mighty fine!

On a serious note. Will some of the removed things return with a reduced size or will they be gone forever. Like the NHS taru and mohawk?
