Mission Completed?

I have no clue why is this showing everytime.

So lemme explain for whoever does not know what that means.

Basically joining the server.Your stuff doesn't load on your character.

Doesn't let you choose a location to spawn.

Says mission completed and kicks you out of the lobby.

A.K.A does not let you play on the server ._. 

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Just some input. I had a guy with the same issue come asking for help. His problem was exclusive to the civilian slot on server 1 as he had no problem with NHS or sever 2. He tried:

Exiting Arma and restarting
Steam file verification
Rebooting PC
Deleting his mission file

Nothing worked.  He tried many times over the course of the evening.  Right after server reboot he tried again and the problem resolved. 

Hope this info  assists devs diagnose the issue if they don't already know what's causing it.
