Missing award (Fixed - Award issued)

It's been very long time since I reached my 500th post I've tried to relog multiple times still not working and also posted this issue to "Missing award" Thread but I haven't got any answer that is this problem going forward getting resolved or is it just going to get ignored

You have to understand that staff are very busy with various tasks and fixing missing awards is at the bottom of the priority list.

I understand this completely but its been 6 months already It would be really nice and respectful to even inform fellow community members about this issue there is a lot of things which is also at bottom of the priority but those get resolved every single day I'm not here to question the staff team I respect all the work staff team does here don't misunderstand me mr. @AlanBjust a quick note about whats going on over there would be really appreciate

As for logging out and back in again... seriously do it! that is what triggers the award @CSO Drama Lama
