Minecraft Server Mk2?

So I made a comment on the post that Vladic made about the minecraft which is now down. I said that the server was up with teh same world that I hosted, this lasted all of about a minute when after I joined the console was spammed with random crap. In short the world was buggered (I think). 

So leading from that I am happy to host a server though am considering a different flavor. If theres interest im more than happy to do it. If anyone is interested let me know and if theres any particular pack let me know also.
