Once again, taking all feedback onboard from previous 3 open tests we have a pretty good idea of where to go and what to with regards to scenarios and mods.
The main issue we want to be 100% certain on is server performance. Since the 1st test, we've got a hell of a lot more stable and aren't having massive desync issues anymore. We do still need to check and ensure that 1 thing is corrected which is the ability to leave and rejoin the mission while it's in progress.
We've had issues on Test #2 and Test #3 where people were unable to rejoin the server if they D/Ced or Crashed. Unfortunately, the only way to replicate this is to put a proper the server under a fair amount of load. To accomplish this and confirm we are good to go, the following will take place:
On Friday 16th November @7pm we will be running a stress test where we need as many people to join as possible even if only for 5-10 minutes at the start so we can get a proper amount of load:
[*]Once we have enough people in some AI will be spawned around the base to simulate a mission load, I'll then ask a certain amount of people to leave and try and re-join the server.
[*]Once this is done (will take about 10 mins probs) you are free to leave
[*]For those who wish to stay, I'll be running a mess-about "defend mission" where you will have full arsenal access just to enjoy yourself

- Get as many people online at 7pm - No experience / you don't even need to stay for the rest of the test.
You will need all the mods however which can be downloaded here
If you have played with us before(or have previously downloaded the mod loader) - UNLOAD ALL MODS in the launcher then re-enable the "Official RPUK Milsim Loader" - It will prompt you as normal to load the other required mods which will download the new one
- If you are new to milsim subscribe to the loader (linked above), then on your Arma 3 launcher under the "MODS" section, ensure everything is unloaded and only load the "Official RPUK Milsim Loader", it will prompt you to load all the other required mods. If you are missing any required mods then it will automatically subscribe and download them for you. (easy!)
