Milsim night - The four horsemen (Part 2)

So it looks like our first Milsim night was a success and people seemed to enjoy it, so I've been working on the new mission. In the interest of community spirit I thought I would answer a few questions raised after the event :)

"When will the next Op be?"

I'm hoping to have this ready by Wednesday.

"I didn't get in last time, can you add more spaces"

Yes, this op will have two sections and a platoon commander so upto 25 people, to help the game run smoother I've been chatting with Wilco about taking over server 3 for a night.

"I found the battles didn't last long enough last time"

I agree, to counter this I've lowed the difficulty of the AI but doubled the number of AI per person, hopefully this should mean we have more sustained firefights.

"I really liked the formations, can we do more?"

One thing I was concerned about was adding too many features right away and people being overloaded with things too think about, I understand there are a few of you guys who came that were already from Milsim groups but we also had a few novices in the group. To answer the question though, yes, there will be more formations this time.

"I didn't like the weapons last time, can we change them?"

Being perfectly honest neither did I, I wanted to use the L85A2 by Kiory, I battled with the custom kit for about 2 hours but for some reason I couldn't make it apply, the script worked and I could give us other guns, just not the L85A2, and then when it did apply you couldn't load the guns and I couldn't give ammo. I'm going to try again this time but if it doesn't work I'm getting a custom mod pack put together that should solve the issue.

"Some of the AI were very overpowered, can we not have them in?"

I thought they would spice things up, I hadn't realised how OP they would be.

"Can we use a different map?"

We are staying in Altis for the next mission however, after that we will be going to other destinations. These destinations are already decide with the story line but I don't want reveal them yet :)

I'm home for good on Wednesday so if the mods don't take long to install/download I should be able to participate :D

One question tho, could we do the mission without any mods? 

 
@SimenAlthough the mission could be made with out mods, it does make it more interesting and imersive when we do.

@TacticalPandaEveryone is welcome to join.

@Madmatt150There will be a separate post going out about permanent positions within BAF, I think we will need one more section leader and two 2ICs.
