Well its Milsim night again so before the briefing I thought I would explain a few things for this OP so that you are all fully informed :)

What Mods are being used?

British Armed Forces all in One - We are still using this for uniforms and vehicles, although we are due to drop this mod by the next op.

I'm new to Milsims, should I join?

If your new don't panic, this mission has been designed for two sections (groups), one group should have a pretty easy time, the other group should cry. Oh man I've been a proper bastard to the other group.

Whats new to this mission since the last?

- The mission has been balanced better this time, the AI can no longer shoot a penny out of your hand at 1000 meters, which is good. The other thing to note about them is they are a lot more aggressive.

- Forget the nice little mines (but seriously - don't forget about the mines) the locals can now place IEDs. These will bring down a building given a chance, so watch out!

- Vehicles; for this mission we will be using the Ridgeback.

- Death; There is a simple revive system in now, and you can die, so watch out!

- ROE; As this mission is during the day there will civilians walking around, so the rules of engagement are simple - don't fire unless fired upon.

- More people; this time we will have two full sections, but be aware this mission will be the same as the last, first come first serve!

Section commanders, section 2ICs, LMGs and Marksmen

We are looking for section leaders and Section 2ICs, please put in the comments if you are up for taking on this role. In addtion if you are good with an LMG or marksman please let us know. You can contact me or @Polder

 
@Polder what about radio comms? Again all on one frequency? Or do we have a command channel and a fireteam/section channel?

 
I'm available for marksman or section command/2iC - wherever I'm needed.

What about ACE3? That's a must-have mod along side Task Force Arrowhead Radio since it provides a large part of the milsim realism.

ACE3 will be added later since we're still experimenting with what the players can handle we want to keep the burden as minimal as possible. But we will definitely add ACE3 when we are settled in.
