over 12 months i am going to join a pre education/army school and after that the army but to join this i must be in good health and sport condition, i am already tranning for 4 months but i am going to push it to the limit so i though maby some of you guys would also want to train to be millitary fit, this is the list of the basic admission wich (i've you tranined alot) you can preform flawless
Cooper test : 12 minutes running , at least 2800 meters .
Push Ups: 2 minutes , at least 30 times.
Sit- ups : 2 minutes , at least 40 times.
Acceleration ( chinning ) : time , at least 6 times by completely hang up chin up bar .
Rope climbing : no time , with master stroke 7.5 meters.

- Swimming: With overalls , five forms : 50m breaststroke, 50m backstroke , 50m front crawl , 50m and 15m with arms underwater
