QUICKEST WAY, NOT INVOLVING MODS - BY SAUL GOODMAN

Alternatively download Notepad++ and then open your documents and click the profile that you want to edit your face on right click the "Your Name".Arma3Profile and click edit with Notepad++. CTRL + F "FACE=" and then within the quotations edit the text to either 

kerry_B2_F - Kerry (with facial hair variant) // Miller - Miller //  Namdar - O_Colonel // Nikos - Nikos // Stavrou - IG_Leader

Once you have edited and saved the file, open up Arma 3 and make sure your profile is selected however DO NOT edit it in the menu otherwise you will lose your face and have to do it again.

How to use this face and others in-game:

1) You need to subscribe to the ASCZ_Heads on the workshop, this mod adds a lot of custom faces which our server does not allow. It also "unlocks" the heads already in the game.

2) Enable this mod in the mods section of the launcher.



3) In the profile menu select your face, most of them are custom faces which the server does not allow.

These 4 do work:

- Kerry_B2_F - Kerry (with facial hair variant)
- Miller - Miller
- Namdar - O_Colonel
- Nikos - Nikos
- Stavrou - IG_Leader



Next you want to close down your game and unload the mod. This is really important. You will still have the face you selected provided it's not a custom face and one actually in the game. If you do not unload the mod you will not be able to play the server as the server does not allow mods. If you've followed all steps correctly you will have your custom face.

Just leave it and connect to a server and it should be fine

Like @Hoax said it'll go to default in profile menu but in-game it's still whichever face you picked. Also make sure you're using one of these kerry_B2_F - Kerry (with facial hair variant)
Miller - Miller
Namdar - O_Colonel
Nikos - Nikos
Stavrou - IG_Leader

as these are in the game already and not custom
