military vehicle

Me and my friends thought it would be a good idea to have this military truck in the city so that gangs or just big groups can move around the city all in one vehicle, the vehicles main name is called "The Barracks" this is what it looks like, i feel like it would be a good addition to the city

Why would gangs roll around in Military vehicles? You can already get the Barracks, but don't see why a civilian would be able to buy this.

There are already plenty of vehicles that can carry 8+ people in seats. And some industrial vehicles that you can open the back door to allow people to hop in it.

This is a serious RP community and is not like console gaming where jets are freely flown around or military vehicles being driven around by gangs etc. In real life would you expect to see a military vehicle go past you as you walk to the shop for a nice breakfast roll?? I feel this idea would just add more RDVM to the city and as a whole unrealistic for a real serious RP server.
