Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Michael Shoemaker
Time & Date this happened: 00:45 08/01/2015
Description of what happened: Was attempting to land my huron at Piers Kitchen and just before I touch down a red offroad tries to park underneath me. So I gain some altitude and wait.
The guy eventually drives back on to the road where TI Andrej asks him what he's up to and asks him to leave. He drives off, I then land and start selling my stuff. A few seconds later he rams my huron in his offroad.
At this point we get out and ask him again what he's doing, to clear off or we'll shoot him. He ignores us and attempts to fix his vehicle and get back in. So we shoot him dead. Unfortunately this was too far back for my shadowplay to capture, but the next part is captured.
Our friends from TN show up and they start selling too, just after I'd finished selling and was getting ready to leave, Michael Shoemaker comes back and kills me and [TN]GRANDYBOI without any RP, from a distance.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Someone asked him why he did it or something along those lines to which he responded with the following (captured by a friend):
