It's not clear for me when something is metagaming.

Would this also be metagaming?:

I'm at the weed processing with my gang.
2 guys are on the hill with guns and I am at the processor waiting for people.
Can we still talk in teamspeak about ingame stuff, like if there is comming a car or something.

Yes you can inform whats happening, unless you're ziptied etc.

I tend to play it this way:

- Teamspeak is a Walkie Talkie (This is a Walkie Talkie if your not familiar with the term)
- I have an ear peice connected to it (this is why no-one else can hear what's being said in teamspeak in game).
- In a normal situation you can talk to your friends in TS with no issues.
- If you have your hands up, or ziptied, there's no way you can press any of the buttons to talk to your friends, but you can still hear them speak.
- If your 'comms' get removed, mute TS sound so you can't hear what your friends are saying.

Hello bud. Metagaming is using information you shouldn't have access to to affect what you do in-game. Examples -

  • Using someones name above there head - In reality, nobody has a name above their head, so pretend it isn't there
  • Using information you see on Side chat - In reality there is no side chat, so you shouldn't be using that to figure out where people are etc
You can talk about what's approaching you, that's fine, you'd only fuck up if one of you went "oh, looks like we got Pinky approaching, he's not in a gang so he's probably alone, let's rob him"..

Hope that helps, good luck
