Hello, so i have this question.
I was walking around Pyrgos with an assault rifle, police saw me and started chasing. I didnt tell them my name, neither did they capture me before i hid in a house. 
But my car was parked next to my house and police impounded it. This is of course not a proper roleplay from them, but the question is can i get my car back or police has no real responsibility for bad RP? Can you report policeman for performing injust sentence?

If he has just impounded it you can get it back out at the garage, if he scrapped it is different.

You were walking around with a big gun with you, of course you will be chased? That in itself is not metagame, nor is impounding an abandoned vehicle.

I have no problem being chased, thats normal. But you cant randomly impound vehicles in a city IMO. And it had some valuable items that do not save when getting impounded.

I'm not really understanding this question, If police were chasing you and you did infact abandon your car and or tell them it's not your car they can impound the vehicle. You could roleplay with them and say it's a friends car for example and you had the car due to 'x'. Roleplay does go both ways to be honest.

I left car and started walking through the street, police had no idea it was my car. If it is ok to impound any car in the city that you dont see owner of its ok. I just thought if vehicle is properly parked there should be no problem.

They have to roleplay is the owner of this Vehicle around bla bla bla, if no one turns up then they can impound it. They most of the times roleplay.

Police often impound vehicles abandoned as such and by the sounds yours was. When police Impound cars they do call out for the owners and if they don't come to collect the car they would impound it. This would prevent others stealing your vehicle so you know it will be safe.
