Messaging with mouse control enabled

When you try to send a message to emergency services with mouse control enabled when the text box comes up you can not type in the box 

f8 screen when on the box

When you disable mouse control you can write in the box

@Dan B Do you also know that you cant talk with your phone out if you have mouse activated
