I have a question regarding to the arrival of the Mentor team because I've seen quite a few people just sitting in the help lobby not receiving any help and since the TS moderators are gone now there's not really anywhere you can go with your issues, so when is the new Mentor team assigned so they can get on with buisness?

TBH I have been jumping up there all day to help people out. It might not be official but it certainly doesn't hurt anyone to help out when you see people there. :)

yeah, I've been jumping up there a bit aswell, most of them (2/3) has the most useless issues but a quick chat and its fixed :p

I had 3 people demand I unban them.... although a couple of nice people who needed a hand getting started.

One told me the admins WILL deal with him now as he has been waiting 3 months to write his request... He disconnected as soon as I told him that his post will be dealt with right after everyone who wrote one before him...
