Mendoza Cartel - Tom + InSick

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Tom, and InSick, (both from Mendoza Cartel)
 
Time & Date this happened: 19:55 Uk time   11.12.2014
 
Description of what happened: I engaged RP at Paros garage where there were 2 men with guns and a hatchback sport,  a firefight broke out and I shot and killed both of them, I then searched the bodies which quickly disappeared, i then took some time to workout how to collect the money on the floor, i proceeded to get in the hatchback sport. Then the car disappears when im sitting in it. I know this can only be because the owner has stored the vehicle. I look in the garage shop and either Tom or Insick stored the vehicle, as they have respawned in Paros and ran back to the garage. They returned within 3 minutes of me killing them both. This is against the server rule 4C and 4D.
 
Rule 4C broken because they got revenge by depriving me of the Hatchback Sport which I aquired in fair play.
 
Rule 4D broken because they returned within 3 mintues of me killing them.
 
"  4C) You are not allowed to seek revenge when you die!
 
4D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!  " 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No

I was there because it was 4 minutes till server restart and I've lost cars that haven't been in my garage when the server restarts before so I don't want to risk it. If it was any longer till the restart I would not have come back. I apologize for any inconvenience I had caused you, but since there was only 4 minutes till restart didn't really deem that a big deal. Plus you got our guns/cash etc so it's not like you got nothing out of the encounter. -Tom

Does not make sense at all. It's roleplay, as far as your character knows there is no restart. Very poor excuse to use on a SERIOUS roleplay community.

I was going to sell your car for scrap. The point is you broke the server rules, and then deprived me of what i rightly took posession of in a fair fight.

Only the kavala garage is green zone look on the map in game no green zone on paros garage.

Still its 15 min rule and not fair play as khandamir said no excuse.

if you dont like someone killing you taking your money/weapon/car. 

go play something else man you should know the rules.

and if im right the bug that you lose a car is fixed and if you would have lost it you could ask for comp.

 
Unless it was fixed not long ago then it's still there for me, I lost a Hemm box truck full of processed herion the night before this incident. I wasn't actually aware you could be comped if you lost a car, I told a few people about losing my truck and none of them suggested I try the fourms. 
 

Since that's the case then I do apologize completely for my actions, I understand it was fair play and that he earned my car I just thought he wouldn't be able to do anything with it. Either way that's no excuse for my actions. So pandagasm I'll give you 50k when I log on next. If my judgement hasn't already been made and if it has I completely understand why. Sorry for this gentlemen.

 
I, too, apologize for being there, since it is against the rules which i had forgotten at the time. But since I didn't interact with anything around and basically just stood there and watched I don't see how my presence could be an inconvenience. 

Again, I am sorry and I will keep this rule in mind so I don't get in conflict with it again.

Ok i'll accept £50k as compensation. 

Hopefuly the admins will see you have apologised and refreshed yourselves on their server rules.
