GUID: 7e3c6d49c5b7c5cbbeca42507f887323
Date & Time of Ban: Unknown
Rule Broken: Unknown
Reason for Final Chance: I did not break any rules on any server apart from the following: "WS.ARMA.SU -Wasteland Sandbox- RU #1" Although possibly irrelevant, the reason for breaking the rule was purely accidental.
I realize the bulletin below is an Unban Appeal Process Rule, but I believe it is far too specific, why only "GameHack: #38"?
Thank you.
EDIT: I should probably quote the topic I opened earlier as well.
""So what happened was, I played on the Altis Life server earlier and had no problems, I then log on a few hours later to find that I've been banned for Gamehack: 38. Now, I know that Gamehack: 38 is referring to cheat engine and that I have gotten banned for it before because I had accidentally left it running after playing some Euro Truck Simulator 2, but I have NEVER used it since, and in fact, I don't even have it installed anymore after buying and installing a new SSD, and so I was wondering if you could remove my ban.
I'll most likely never install cheat engine again, and even if I do, I'll make sure its not running when playing Arma 3.
Thank you, XOXO."
Above is the topic I had started earlier today and received a reply from server admin that they could not help me. I later contacted BattlEye about the issue and they sent me this:
"Admin Bans (including BEC "GameHack #X" bans)
Those are third-party bans and we cannot assist you in any way with them. Please contact the server admin or community for help."
So I am very confused as to what I must do to resolve this issue and would appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you."

- We are unable to unban anyone who has been unbanned with the reason "GameHack #38"
