If you were to warning shot a Medic chopper and they don't leave, are you allowed to shoot them down(Ik for a fact on my settings[720p low everything] I cannot see skins(determin if police/medic vehicles/choppers) until they are very close) and same with if they are caught in crossfire. If a medic is killed in these senarious, and I can prove evidence that it wasn't intenial would I still be banned?

If you warning shot a medic, they must leave. Server rules and NHS rules require them to do so because it's a sign of an active gunfight. If they don't leave, then you can shoot at their helicopter, but I wouldn't rush to do it. Make sure they clearly get the message and give them plenty of time to comply. Even then, it may be better to just take a recording and report them to the CMO's.

In response to your second question, a while ago I was flying in the redzone as a medic to get to a patient. This was back when you weren't allowed to shoot medics, someone had the same issue you claim to have and he killed my copilot and shot out my engine, forcing me to make an emergency landing. He felt terrible after he realised but it was sorted out over teamspeak just fine, admins would probably understand it was an accident but definitely sort it out with the medic involved.

Realistically though, you shouldn't have any of these issues providing the medics are doing their job properly.

For your first question, No. You arent to shoot medics at all, unless in a red zone and you want to get an easy frag XD. If the medic hears the shots they HAVE to leave, (9.2.4) Combat Reviving - If combat is in effect, or shots have been fired within the last 5 minutes, the area is not safe to enter for rescuing the injured. Therefore, you cannot revive at this time. This rule is exempt for civilians using defibrillators. If they fail to leave and proceed to land this initially is a break of server and NHS rules. Don't shoot them as 2 wrongs don't make a right. If they land you can refuse them access to the downed person, they should try to barter with you and negotiate the treatment but your words are final, once again if they fail to acknowledge this is a break of Server and NHS Rules.

If a medic is killed in a crossfire, yes it happens, Firstly try to prevent starting gunfights whilst a medic is Roleplaying otherwise you ruin there RP and pisses them off! If they are killed and you can prove it was unintentional that's fine but the evidence must be sufficient also you have the fact that yes, you cant see skins but medics are unarmed so shouldn't be a target in the first place.

Hope that answers your questions, if not let me know,

- DR Louie Austino
