Medic Bike upgrades no longer shown

I previously had upgraded a medic bike with max upgrades but when the major update came out (I think around October 2nd) all my upgrades were removed and when taking the bike into a mechanic shop, not all of the upgrade options are there. Selecting the Engine panel will also display no upgrades

Seen a similar issue with a police car looking into it.
