Summary: After each storm a massive number of people come to the Impound in stolen cars to retrieve their personal cars. This cause a huge mess outside the impound and it usually blocks the entrance to the impound. Im usually at the impound and I realized I had no way to clear the area aside from pushing the cars or ramming them with another car. I suggest that high level mechanics (eg level 3/4) have the ability to impound cars that are around the impound area.
Pros: Money for level 3/4 mechanics, entrance to impound will not always be blocked, another reason to grind to be a high level mechanic as lately there is not that many pros to being a level 4 mechanic.
Cons: Someone may abuse this and impound cars that are not abandoned, however I dont think people who had grinded for the level 4 mechanic would actually do this.
Does this suggestion change the balance in the server? : Not really no.
