Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: im not sure where this happened but the conflict i think it is happened 30.05.2015 but here is what happened at that point. 

me and my friend was walking towards kavala hospital to deposit some money, i walked first and i crossed a road and during the time my friend crossed the road shortly after me a bullet passed him and i dont know if the cops did shoot first or some1 else from the opposite direction but anyway, and he opened fire standing in the middle of the road and i turned around and runned back to aid him and i looked around the corner and saw two cops shooting at him in the open so i opened fire too in thrust that it was to late for roleplaying by then and i got the killing shots on both of the cops and my friend barely survived we ran off the crimescene in panic with our money. i hope you understand that it wasnt my intention to rdm some1 or breaking any rule it just happened so fast and it was a normal reaction of helping a friend.

This my friend was shot at story never stands up in an unban appeal, What RP did you do towards the police before you fired ?

 
i understand that, just wanted to give you the full picture. But i did not rp before i fired because it was already a full scale combat before i even involved myself in it, im not trying to excuse myself im only trying to explain why i did what i did. But i understand now that EVEN under the circumstances i broke the rule of rdm/rp  and im truly sorry for that. I made a mistake, could i at least get a second chance to prove that it was a one time incident?

 
What do you have to say about shooting inside a green zone?

 
i didnt realize that until now when you mentioned it, i have read the rules and all that but im new to altis life, had played like 1,5 week top and was caught up in the moment and followed my friend, but im not gonna blaim him and i now fully understand what ive done and like before i am truly sorry for those foolish actions and i take full responsibility for what ive done and if you dont want to unban me i fully understand that and will respect your choice. But if you would give me a second chance to prove that this was a 1-time incident/newbie mistake i would really appreciate that, but anyway thanks for replying!

 
that one in the hospital we actually roleplayed and if you turn up the volume you can hear us talking from almost the beginning to the

end but it echoes and might explain why they thought we wasnt roleplaying and couldnt hear what we were saying and you can also

hear at the end that our voices echoes when the officer stands right next to me and my voice is very low even then?. i dont

understand why our voices are low?  we are not in the same gang but we play together and talk through teamspeak which might

explain the echoes mabyby?. and if you wonder why we ran to the hospital was to deposit the money, that was the objective before

all this happened. but the video on the street and the fact that we opened fire at the hospital/green zone was i sorry for. 

this is what we said to the officers in the hospital:

we told them to

"stay out of this"

"just walk away and no1 will get harmed"

"if you come closer we will shoot you"

and also talked directly to the officer to the right in the video

"you/officer by the door dont get any closer"

those both situations happened in a very short time of period

i am honest about all details and you have all the proof to see it but like i said before i accept whatever you decide to do
