Dear citizens of Altis,

I would like to start of by thanking the people that have voted for me as today I am officially the mayor of the great island.

I promised a lot of things to the people that have voted. As I am an honest man I have to say that I lied, some of the things are simply impossible. But one thing is for sure, I will handle the big hobo issue that has been poisoning our nation for quite a while. I will greet all the problems from issues with the police to the annoying rebels straight on.

I'm sure you are asking yourself "What now?" I will organise an army of followers and we will go around making fun gathering, events, nogotiations and a bit of cleaning the streets of hobos.

I am very open to suggestions and as last I would like to say "Ha-ha,in your face" to all the people that have doubted our success.
