It isnt included - but you can download it from Live Essentials and it works just fine! I have it on my pc for trimming clips down

Strange, i went looking for it and was able to just download it from microsoft. Did you get it from here? http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/download-windows-essentials#wetabs=we2012

Yeah, its just the installer that doesn't work. I am sure if  I tinkered with it I would get it to work but I have just installed some other software due to time etc
