Description of what happened:Maxvpp as a Bounty hunter broke NLR after we killed him the first time and restrained one of my gang members in a green zone.
What Rule Was Broken ?:gunout/restraining in a green zone.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
unfortunately I started recording after he had restrained my friend, as I had to get over the storm drain to get to the garage to help release him, but he has him restrained in a greenzone. He also came back not 10 seconds after I stopped recording in that video, but as with the original NLR breaking, I did not get any evidence towards it.
