Wilco banned you. It might be a common name but in Arma when 1 or more people share the same name on the server it comes up with a (1), (2) and so on. If you were banned by Wilco himself. Theres not much you can argue about due to him showing you the rule you broke which is a PERM either way without a appeal..

Racism is a perm ban without appeal, And yes it is you as the ban issued was done in-game and if another person with your name joins the server they have a (2) or (3) next to there name.
