Note: To save space and time I will compile 2 reports into 1 on the same person. As while I was processing the video and doing other stuff he failled to follow the rules again

Description of what happened:
Report 1: While walking in the safe zone I stumbled upen a man getting robbed in the bank ( Please not this guy knocked the poor man out without saying anything and only when the man was down he told him to put his hands up, poor guy was not able to react to that). As I BH I followed the criminal expecting him to go anywhere else than safe zone as there is a rule:
[SIZE=medium]6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
but he ran straight into the safe zone and I had no choice but try to stop him.(at that point I knew I might need to make a report on him so I checked his name when getting close to him and opening the Y menu to see his name). I tazed him and arrested him to take him down to the police station and tell officers that he robbed someone. (Making a civilian arrest). While taking him to the police station he started threaten me to report. (All this incident on the video)
Report 2:
As a BH I took one of the wanted guys to the BH HQ for processing. After a while guy comes out from behind a corner and tells me to put my hands up and all that stuff. I dropped my back pack/Tazzer gun and clothing, but when he took his attention to check my items I saw an oportunity to save my life and everyone arround me and I killed him. Than I processed a guy that was wanted with a help of other civilian. After some time medic arrived and I explained everything that happened in there. Before medic @Shalloa could do anything this man respawned and got back to the scene in 9 minutes 47 seconds after he died. (I kept continiuos video to show the time) Also after police restrained him he threatened police officer to report also.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
[SIZE=medium]6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
NLR - 5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!
[SIZE=medium]3E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No point as he does not listen. Even when he was in the police station he was screaming over everyone and lieing.
