Description of what happened:
Marshall and a group of his clan mates flew into Kavala Hospital in a medic helicopter and began shooting from the hospital roof (No proof, I think one of the other guys has it) They then left in the medic helicopter, I informed him of the rules, his response is in the evidence photos, They then landed at the castle and proceeded to open fire on me.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, informed them off the rule regarding this, and offered to impound it, received shots in return.
