Description of what happened:
Individual was originally under arrest for VDM/Dangerous Driving but once restrained proceeded to start screaming over direct. As I transported the prisoner back to Kavala HQ I gently sung him some Justin Bieber and I think it calmed him down because he went quiet for a bit. Then he started screaming in sidechat for around 10 minutes straight which was quite a pleasant change for the police but awful I imagine for the civs. Eventually he disconnected whilst in restraints.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
VDM/Breaking RP/Mic Spam/Combat log
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Impossible to reason/understand/communicate with.
